I have a noise in my 01 Chev Tahoe, noise is a light growl and car shakes you can start to hear noise at about 63 MPH and car shakes and gets much worse at 75 MPH, just replaced rear u-joint didn't change. Any ideas

could be bearings in rear axle.lots of $$$$

probably needs wheel alignment or wheel bearings or your camber is off id take it in to a mechanic to have it serviced
your tires can be out of balance as well
make sure the rearend has lube in it, and look for metal particles in the lube
