Start with steroid creams, hydrocortisone, the highest percentage you can find. Keep it moist. When it's under control switch over to regular lotion, no fragrance or anything. Keep some hydrocortisone around and when you have flare ups use it early. Good luck.

AFTER EATING OF MEAT and FISH SOMEPEOPLE DRINK MILK OR COOK THERE NON - VEG FOOD WITH THE HELP OF MILK FOR TASTE using of sour %26amp; salty food with milk, eating of fast food,this don't eat so much dairy products.and try to reducing using of egg.
