Mechanical question on GMC pickup?

My truck shakes at certain speeds Ive put new tires on and that helped a little I also changed out all the U-joints any suggestions for what else I can try
Mechanical question on GMC pickup?
If your tires have been balanced lately I'd take a serious look at the complete drive shaft assembly, particularly if it's a two piece unit with a pillow block in the center. A whacked-out drive shaft feels like electricity in the seat of your pants as you drive at certain speeds.

As others have already said, inspect every piece of your front end steering assembly also. Loose tie-rod ends, center link, pitman arm and idler arm could also be the problem.

Check the shocks on all four wheels. They don't have to be leaking to be whipped.

It depends on how old your Truck is. Have the front-end checked, Tie Rods and any links. It also could be that the drive shaft needs to be balanced or maybe even wheel bearings. I hope this helps?
Out-of-balance tyres cause a car to vibrate at certain speeds. This can lead to premature, irregular tyre wear, as well as unnecessary wear to your vehicle's suspension. Make sure your tyres are balanced when they are mounted on wheels for the first time or when they are remounted after repair. Tyre balance should be checked at the first sign of a vibration.
it could be the tires need balanced, a bad ball joint, a bad tie rod or it needs alignment.
