How to change a u joint?
If you have to ask, you're probably better off paying a certified technician an hour labor to do it for you. It's pretty easy to destroy a $500+ driveshaft by doing it wrong. It's probably an aluminum or carbon fiber aluminum composite. If you dent it, it will vibrate, and/or even break. If you deform the yoke while pressing it, the u-joint will bind, and fail repeatedly.
How to change a u joint?
depends on what its for. im assuming the drive shaft, correct? first unbolt drive shaft and stub shaft from tranny and rear diff. there should be u joints on both ends you can unbolt.

then you just need to press out the u joint and press in the new one. i find a socket in a size smaller than the u joint and a hammer work well for removing them. and a dead blow hammer works well for installing it
Remove the drive shaft by taking the U bolts off both ends and then have a machine shop press the old U joints out and the new ones in.

If you don't have the right tools to press out the old U joints and press the new ones in you can have a heap of problems.
